The first year of the program
introduces the participant to the models of psychotherapy and organizational consulting taught at this Gestalt
Institute. The program format is designed in weekend sessions. Basic skills and
basic theory are explored experientially in the fist year providing a deep base for
all other endeavors. The related process is explored in depth.
The first year explores:

Developing self-awareness and awareness of the therapy client and coachee internally and externally

Understanding the therapy/coaching process over time

Understanding the change process in coaching, consulting, and psychotherapy

Developing a theme

Understanding how to use the strength of your personality as a psychotherapist, coach, and consultant

At the end of the first year participants will have begun to work in the relatedness
process and to start being able to make fundamental changes in individuals and in groups.
As the number of spaces is limited, individuals are encouraged to apply early to secure a place.
