Gestalt Associates staff work as a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest quality counseling and psychotherapy services: individual, marital, child, couples, family, case management, parenting work, group, and case management consultations. The staff meets bi-weekly to have ongoing dialogue about all the endeavors we are engaged in. If your child is being seen by one of our child therapists and the parents are working to help the child be more successful we constantly share information. There is a high level of communication.

Everyone at Gestalt Associates is engaged in constant professional development and ongoing training. Gestalt Associates is aligned with the Gestalt Institute of Central Ohio, an international post-graduate program that provides training for psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and organizational consultants. Our staff participates in the training as well as their own in-services and other professional development opportunities. There are probably few practices in the world where clinical professionals are engaged in as much ongoing post-graduate training throughout their careers as Gestalt Associates seem.
